My lawn is looking better. BUT, I would like the technician to knock on my door and let me know when he/she is finished. I want to know exactly what they did.
I had a notice that someone was coming out the service my lawn but no one showed up. And I did receive a notice that they had completed the job. I know no one showed as I was working in the yard during the time they were supposed to show. I called and rescheduled along with having them do an ariation, week control and pre-emergent. The guys showed up to do the ariation but didn't know about the pre-emergent or the missed service. So I'm still not sure what all was done.
They do what they say they will do when they say it will get done!
