I'm frustrated and disappointed w/ the tree and shrub plan...Thought I'd prepaid but have an invoice for the 3rd of 4 treatments...Would a TruGreen employee please call me to discuss my options for prepaying. The grass plan has been free of billing issues but honestly not having the same improved results so far...

Our specialist, Javier Madrigal, #54837, is the BEST! He is courteous and helpful and is willing to teach me every time I interact with him. Javier treated our lawn yesterday, found grubs, left two live ones in clear plastic bag at our door so I could see them, and in addition to the computer printed receipt, he left a hand-written note with his number in case I had questions. I spoke with him by phone and he explained where he found them, that he treated for them, and what I should do and watch for. God bless Javier, we could not be happier with his service.
Robert Hawes performs excellent customer service. He patiently explained to me what he was doing and what I needed to do to to ensure my trees and shrubs thrive. One of the most helpful and knowledgeable specialists I've met.

I just want to say how impressed we were with the service provided by Specialist Michael Pennell on September 6th. I believe it was his first time to treat out trees and shrubs, but I wish we would be added to his regular schedule. He was very professional and thorough in his work, spending the correct amount of time needed to adequately take care of our tree and shrub filled spaces. I felt like he really enjoyed his job,and since we were at home when he showed up to do the treatment, he shared his knowledge and suggestions with us. Please pass on our favorable words to Michael!

I love the fact that my Service Specialist (65917-Robin Hopper) is so very knowledgeable about my lawn's needs and is willing to advise me on what more I can do to help keep it healthy. I recently lost my husband and had no time to deal with the lawn. I contacted TruGreen and requested Robin to have some time to get me back in line with helping my lawn and other questions about my lawn's care. Thank you Robin for being patient with a Senior Citizen who loves outside.
Robin Hopper has completed our lawn service 2 times. She is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I have about my lawn. She is respectful of my property and home. She always ensures that my gates are closed to keep my dogs safe.
My only question is about the frequency of service. I was told it would be every 6 weeks. It has only been 4 weeks between my first and second service. Why? I would like to keep to the every 6 weeks timeframe.

Omid Zahrooni, TruGreen Specialist, is great. Answers all my questions and addresses concerns without fail every time. I would also have to say he is very patient because of my many questions.
On another issue, a pat on the back for Adan Gutierrez, TruGreen Supervisor. I had an issue develop with my 1.5-year old Palmetto St. Augustine and he resolved it with an out-of-schedule service on 7/8/17; results were visible within a week.
One suggestion: would like to be able to call locally and get TruGreen personnel without having to go through call centers in FL, TN, etc.
