Specialist Dirk, who performs our tree & shrub service is great. He rings the doorbell to let us know he is here if he senses a dog(s) in the back yard. He is very open to my concerns about shrub problems, and gives me his advice/explanations.

Tru green responds to my requests such as insects attacking my shrubs, vines or lawn.
Although I've heard a lot of bad things about TrueGreen posting signs but not fully doing yards, but thankfully the person that was sent to my home was very professional courteous he made sure I knew that he was going to do the yard and he also told me what he did.

I would like to comment on the tree and shrub service performed on 8/16/17 by Specialist Dirk Schopmeier. Dirk explained to me exactly what was performed on my trees and shrub. He was very polite and professional. He represented True Green very well. On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest, I say 10.

Anthony was here to today to address the Whitefly infestation on the crape myrtles. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful tips about how to improve the condition of some of the other trees and shrubs on the property. He told us to keep an eye out for more bugs to make sure that we have broken the cycle with the application. Excellent Expert!
