My yard was looking as bad as when i moved in 6 years ago, but I call and talked to Teresita and told her my concerns, and she had someone out the next day to address the problems. The yard is looking much better.

Service man rang my doorbell ahead of time on day of service to announce himself . Also I received a phone call 1 day prior to the service alerting me to the service. Also the hangtag on the door after the service explained what was done.
