Clemente delivered top notch customer service by answering all of our questions and walking around the lawn teaching us about the weeds we have been battling. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to say when he didn't know something for sure. He provided us with a high-quality trustworthy service while making sure we understood all our options. We believe he is personally invested as much as we are in having a beautiful consistent yard full of healthy green grass. Timely service with an application appropriate for the season and for the most part, the same service tech. Have developed a relationship with the techs.
I have noticed fire ant mounds in the back yard yesterday. I have used the fire ant control for years now, but the method of delivery of the control seems to be lacking. I have to call for Tru-Green to come out before the new application is scheduled.
