I like that we get a call the day before the service is scheduled and a text when the tech is on the way, when he arrives so he is available to answer any questions or concerns we may have and when the service is completed.

I talked to the guy to spray covering every inch of my yard. He did that this time. Last time the different guy did a lousy job. Satisfaction varies depending on the workers.
