I used to like that I got a call by recorded message a day or so before service is performed; that no longer happens. It would be good for me to know in order to determine if I can water. Otherwise service individuals are fast and generally accurate. They are nice if I have questions. Saying all of that, I am satisfied that my lawn looks good.
