Prompt service. I know when they are coming so I can get ready for them.

The same man comes to preform the needed services. He has always answered my questions or gotten an answer for me. Bottom line is my grass looks great until August when it doesn’t rain and I choose not to spend money watering it. It always comes back when the rains comes back. My trees and bushes look and are healthy too due to the care they receive from Trugreen. I do wish they would add the service of seeding small patches of where the lawn where it turns brown for one reason or another.

Fast, easy professional always do a great work.

The tech (Randy) was thorough. He also text me once he arrived. I thought he did an excellent job.

The tech I had prior (Steven) was rude. I walked out as he was getting ready to leave and gave him a smiling Hello and he turned away from me towards his car (he was filling something out on the passenger’s seat). I asked him, “what areas did you treat?”. He looked at me and in a defensive mean tone he said “I treated the whole yard”. Then turned away again. I was curious about the flower beds and I didn’t see him in the yard but gave up further inquiry. I kept standing there quiet because my second question was ‘when can I let my pets out’. He then finally said (facing away from me) , “Do you have another question or something”? Feeling dismissed I just said, “Yes, I did, but I guess it doesn’t matter” and I walked back to my house. Talking to someone facing away from me felt dismissive and I don’t know why he was angry. I received a text saying tru green was at my house and the tech welcomes questions AFTER he left. Ugh. Later I looked at my Ring cameras, which face two different sides of the house and did not see him at all. Hmmm.

The tech that came to re-do the treatment showed up on my Ring cameras. I was home to see him working and felt confident he did an excellent job.

Technicians are Professional & Knowledgeable.

Compared to our neighbor's lawn served by other company.

You guys make me look like a rock star with my beautiful lawn. I could use help with grubs as my neighbor does nothing and he has grubs that are trying to also take over my yard.

I like that you contacted me prior to coming out to service my yard. I also like the full service of lawn and trees. TruGreen has sent out someone to check on an issue when I requested a special consultation. The yard and trees look great at this time.

Jeff Johnson was very thorough in his observation and treatment of my lawn, following his initial visit on 5/5/23…
I started to ask Jeff if he noticed the account instructions to include the narrow strip in the back yard along the fence line with his treatment, but before I could get the words out, he immediately said it for me…IMPRESSIVE!

Overall, I’m very pleased with Jeff’s communication and recommendations for improving the quality and health of my lawn

All of your service personnel whether it is for fertilizing, weed treatment, pest control, core aeration/over seeding have been genuinely concerned about the lawn condition and very responsive to any issues or questions we may have. This includes the office personnel too !
