Our specialist David Galko was excellent always taking care to make sure coverage was performed perfectly. Knowing we have 2 small puppies he always scanned the yard to make sure there were no toys accidentally left before treatment and if he did find one would pick it up and place out of sprayed area before treating the lawn. He also emptied any water bowls or bird feeders to make sure the application was safely applied and avoid any contamination of elements that could harm anything. Great employee and customer service.

Vince Price and Tom (not sure of last name) who are service managers have been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting issues with my lawn. Whenever I call up and ask for assistance, they have been very prompt in returning my calls, making visits out to our home and then following up on a plan for the lawn. I'm very thankful for their fantastic customer service and expertise!
