Luis Reyes is the perfect example of what trugreen is all about. His attention to detail in his rout prepping for the morning and delivery of products is beyond expectations. If every tech was this good trugreen could charge 5k per account and people would pay it all day!

The service is good, and on time when they give you a date to do the lawn service they show up.
The only thing is I get to many emails from them about different services that they offer. Pricing to do the work is in the ballpark.

NOT HAVING MOSQUITOS
I don't know if I like the service, I have fewer mosquitoes but I haven't talked personally with the
agent. The last time the side gate was left open, that I use to keep the dog in the back yard. I know mistakes happen and will reserve judjement.
I do not have to worry about treatments. They let me know when they are coming in advance and they take care of the lawn.

Andee Dunn is my technician this year. Unlike last year, she takes the time to knock on my door and/or leave me a note about what service she provided. I truly appreciate that she keeps me informed.
Over the years Trugreen has always been timely and very accommodating if I asked for repeat application of something like the mosquito application. They always and I do mean always remember to shut the gates. I love it when they compliment me on how my yard looks. I'm very happy to say they are part of my plan every year.
