I was fine with your service, however, I still have the problem. I was having my lawn treated for grubs because the moles or something are just destroying it, Spencer came out and explained everything he was going to do, he even dug up grubs to show me, he treated the lawn and said it would take a couple of weeks to take effect, however, here we are, my lawn is like a sponge, the mounds are terrible, HELP!

I like that you stand behind your products. Years ago I had a problem with grubs and your company treated my lawn and it didn't kill the grubs. Your man came back and retreated my lawn and also reseeded my lawn at no charge.
I like the fact they tell you when they will provide service and them are timely in coming.

We have used TruGreen for many years. Our trees are in great shape.
It’s all set up at the beginning of the season. I get text alerts as to when they are arriving and they leave detailed feedback on the health of the lawn. Gary is a great guy who applies the treatments and always talks with me when he’s here.
We appreciate the careful way you let us know when the next procedure will happen, although we were never able to figure out how to watch. The folks I met were all friendly & represented the company well. Our back yard wasn’t too bad, but it’s much better now. The front yard had problems & Tru-Green has greatly enhanced its health & appearance. The fenced in narrow side yard was a disastrous “no man’s land” & our goal of keeping the weeds controlled was achieved. We weren’t home for some of the treatments, but the notes left were read & acted upon when possible.
No rain dances were performed 😅 💃🏿🕺🏿💦☔️
