The lawn has been neglected for years and we are no longer able to keep up with it. This hopefully will improve its looks. We started late last year so it has not had time to respond. The only frustration is the result of the over seeding last fall. There is grass coming up in every flower bed on the periphery of the yard and in the garden. If this is an indication of good growth in the lawn that is good but now I will have to deal with all the overgrowth in my flower beds, raised bed and garden. That will be a lot of extra work for me! There needs to be away to reduce that seed spread to unwanted areas! Its a mess!!

I received the aeration and seeding service. I wasn't there for the service but on later inspection of the yard, they did an excellent job of performing the aeration.
