Everyone is polite and the services work!
We are able now to enjoy our porch without Mosquitos. If needed (happens with a lot of rain sometimes) I can call and ask for a in between spray. Everybody is very friendly, it's now the 3. year that we have this service.

We decided to switch companies this year and was recommended to use TruGreen. Our very first scheduled service was not very impressionable. Our specialist that day did not take the time to make sure he made his way around our entire property. We have 2 acres and he was in and out in five minutes or less. Needless to say we had to make a phone call to have our yard redone as we were getting carried away by mosquitoes and flies. We were a little hesitant with continuing with this company until the next specialist arrived and did a fantastic job. Gina Freeland was our specialist that day and hopefully for every other application we have this Summer. She made sure she did our whole entire yard including the house and garage areas. I would definitely give her a 5 star review!

A bit expensive, but saves me from having to do it. Calling before service is much appreciated. Must work on accuracy of spreading chemicals around flowers or dragging hoses through flower beds.
On 5/23/22 I got my second annual application for my lawn. Quite often it seems like a new service person appears at every visit. This time David Nieman came and he has been here before. He did not rush through the application but did a very careful and accurate job. He also took time to give me some good advice on reseeding some areas that were in need of it. He knew the required area to treat because he had been here before, but he said that there was no info in the system to show to treat across a small access road. He said he would make sure that info was entered into the appropriate place so that next time if it wasn't him, the other person would be aware of it. I would like to have him as a regular specialist if possible. Another person who has done very well is Celia; I don't know her last name.
Today Devon Harvey applied fertilizer to our lawn after some confusing communication that I contacted Trugreen about. I am appreciative of the free service call. It went beyond what I asked for and beyond what was required. Contacting the company was really intended only to improve communication subsequent to some miscommunication by a telephone technician regarding whether a pre-emergent was going to be applied in a treatment. I am glad it was all cleared up, and again, I appreciate the free service call. Name removed Bollman

Lawn looks great, and the service tech is on the ball. Price is a bit high.

I really liked the support of David and his assistant. David was very thorough with the application on the lawn and took time to explain to me what he was doing and why.
He was professional and I would consider a good representative of the company.
This is my first year with any Lawn Service (I had always done this myself) and wasn't sure what type of service I would receive and whether TruGreen would be supportive and knowledgeable, but so far, I've been pleased. David had been the technician on both my visits, and I must acknowledge good service when received (or else there is no incentive for anyone to provide a good customer experience).
Please ensure he is aware that I have contacted his management team and give him feedback that this customer is appreciative of his effort to do his job as well as possible.
I will be reviewing the condition of my lawn as the summer season progresses, and hopefully I will have a healthier lawn and less weeds that currently.
