The guarantee. If there are any stubborn weeds or mosquito bites, you will service again no charge. This year I had some stubborn weeds and it was taken care of, my lawn looks the best. We have received nice comments on our lawn.

I added a comment about our previous applications being sub-par but wanted to commend the specialist today. Chase BLOUGH- Branch # 5799 was here this AM to to the service and was the most thorough we have seen a TruGreen associate be. He covered the areas well and even went 2-3 deeper on the property line to cover the areas with the most foliage.
When I spoke with him he was very professional and pleasant. He apologized for anything previous that was not done correctly.
Please send him our thank you and give him an appropriate commendation for a job well done.

I get a phone call before you come out and you always come as planned or call to reschedule if weather s bad. Also the lawn and busches look great.
