Both lawn and tree and service ; ER N and Mat and are excellent to date. They have been doing the property for years. As you know, I recently gave ER N an excellent rating which TRUGREEN reported as poor. My calls to you to correct that still have not been made.

Is this a Corporate or a Portage, MI. problem for not getting back to me?
