it's fine. I did notice when tech sprayed my arborvitaes in the back yard that he only sprayed the front side that I can see--did not see him spray back side of arbs. Shouldn't he spray both sides of arbs? They are over 8' tall

Back up their claim if not satisfied they come out and reapply with no cost.
The agents that come out and apply the applications are neat,dressed nicely and they take the time to answer any questions we have.Before applying they pickup things that are on the grass ,like balls and tools.
It seems they have pride in what they are doing and this reflects on the customer pretext of the company and it.s workers.
