IN THE PAST, while I was working there for 9 years, until last year you have been everything a landscape company could be.
Last year was a disaster, (& don't blame the pandemic for all of it)
Getting applications un a timely basis was impossible. I had to call to ASK for a treatment to get done...all season!
After having grub preventative put down, like I do every year, I got live, active grubs WITH NOTICEBLE DAMAGE!
I immediately called for a service call to kill existing, & then put down another preventative, AND REPAIR THE DAMAGE!
Nobody showed, after many calls to come out!
Then, as the season was winding down, & after I repaired & reseeded all the areas myself, Trugreen finally came out & told me they were not active any more(no kidding) & then drove away!!
Got to love that customer service I used to be proud of to sell!!
The lawn looked so bad during the annual SCS Garden Tour of my yard, it was beyond embarrassing, & NOT GOOD PR!!
Now on to hort treatments.
It seems to me we used to perform the spring deep root feeding in MAY, when the ground was guaranteed to be warm enough to allow a feeding to be effective?
Well, I just received my spring deep root the 2nd week of april, just before that cold snap & 3"-5" of snow!
Now, back to lawn.
Just like last season, my treatments keep getting rescheduled several times, even on the day it was supposed to be applied! (like today) Now I will have to wait another 2 weeks to get it done(maybe--they gave me a range of dates over a week starting May 2!
Accurate, dependable, cost effective, professional lawn/hort care used to be the norm! Is this why so many quality technicians quit last year?? You missed them terribly.....you could use them now!
Lets start returning to something I can continue to use, support, & again reccommend to others! :(

The results are very good! Since regularly havi ng Tru Green our lawn has improved 100%. Our neighbors have commented on our beautiful lawn! Also, our application tech -Anthony - is an expert at servicing our lawn!! He's also very friendly and obviously likes his work!
