I want to let you know that I had a concern about my invoice (two charges). I was very upset because I was not aware that i would have a higher invoice this month.
I spoke with Denise at customer service, and she did a great job of listening to me rant, and she calmed me down. She explained the extra charges calmly and politely and I feel much better about the Trugreen. Thank you, Denise!
Moving forward, TruGreen could avoid a lot of frustrated customers if they explained up front the double charge for Grub Control UPFRONT! There should not be any surprises like I had. I am certain I am not the only one (Denise said she gets several of these phone calls).
I know that I am in a contract, but my initial goal of the phone call was to pay off the contract and terminate the renewal right now. Denise salvaged the relationship.

Today Christopher M performed my shrub and tree spraying. He was polite, listened to my requests and did such a complete, thorough job! I am so grateful that he is the one who took care of us today. I would like to request that he does all of our future tree and shrub care if possible.

I think it is important to have the same technician each time because our land boundaries go beyond our driveway. It's noted in the instructions, but if they haven't been to our house before, they might not treat the extra area.
