The good. 1. Products used appear to be effective. 2. The weed 'call back' service is very helpful! 3. Staff and lawn technicians are very freindly and helpful.
The bad. Application scheduling appears to be somewhat confusing, and don't always get a call the day BEFORE the technician shows up. Many times I have seen the tech guy do my neighbors' yards, and then skip mine. There are 3 of us side by side that use TruGreen, and many times the tech has made 3 trips to do all of them. This seems like the extra travel would cause your costs to go up, especiallu this year, given the price of gas!
