I've been a customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the care that has been given to my lawn.

The reps always leave info regarding service and service is adequate.

Timeliness and thoroughness of work.

Too early in the season to say. No reason from prior years to dislike your services.

So far so good!

Don't have to be home to be serviced. But if home at time of service, service provider explains what is involved with that particular service call, and follows up with any recommendations.

Service is good. Very pleased with my lawn. I do have a hard time coordinating with my landscaper and TruGreen. It would be helpful if your technician could come on Monday or Tuesday only. Thank you.

Fixes mistakes with no problems

Everyone is very nice and helpful. While spraying our lawn, if we have questions, the tech is always willing to take the time with us. We also like the call the night before the service so we can ensure toys are picked up and the dogs stay in the house.
