My business account has been a partner with TruGreen since 2021. In the inception of my account with TruGreen, there was some confusion concerning the category of my account -- I was originally categorized as residential which was wrong and eventually changed to commercial where it belonged. At this date, namely, July 31, 2023, everything is just fine. Anthony Tomain, my contact, is an excellent partner for my account. Jackee Louise's administrative support for my account does a fine job and oversees my account to the best of her ability. A major service flaw occurred in 2022 when the crew that applies Grub treatment went to the WRONG condo location (across the street from my property). Luckily, I received a call from the board member of the condo asking me why TruGreen was servicing their property. The crew came back out the next day and my Grub treatment was applied. I am due for Grub treatment for 2023 and I presume that the crew who applies Grub knows where to go for my 2023 treatment. Overall, the servicing of my property by TruGreen is adequate.
Alejandro Diaz is the associate that works on my property and he is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about any issues regarding the lawn. He spoke to me about several items that were of concern to me and provided me with excellent feedback. He is an outstanding reflection of your brand.

I love everything about your service! One year, when we couldn't contract Trugreen, our lawn and side parking lot looked really bad! Nothing we did in house could fix that. I had nothing but good experience with Trugreen. The moment I was allowed to get back to what our needs are, I asked Jackee Louise to give me a quote. She was on top of it right away. She always answers my emails, and always let me know when our next service is scheduled. This is a great customer service and I appreciate that very much.
