I have had Tru-Green for several year now and my lawn looks great! When the neighbor's lawn has dandelions I look at my lawn and say, 'ha ha, not mine'.
Care taken when applying products
I have been disappointed in our service for a while as we noticed no changes to our lawn. However, ever since Terra Richburg took over, our lawn looks fantastic. I have watched her work and she is text book worker. (I used to work at TruGreen over 30 years ago) She is a super hard worker and she makes sure she gets every part of our lawn. Please pass along my kudos to her and her boss.

The specialist Sheketa that came out for my mosquito service was very nice, polite, and thorough. She was also informative.
Alejandro on my route is very knowledgeable and seems truly invested in getting rid of my nasty weeds and violets. He is prompt and courteous and answers all my questions!
Techs show up when they're supposed to and do what is expected. I've used True Green for some time and I'm proud of my lawn. Now if you could also supply some Rain I would give you a "10" rating.

Addendum; I am alittle concerned about the customer service ; ie; I have spoken on the phone several times to several associates that I need them to send me a paper bill for the total cost for all the treatments and I have yet to see one in my mail

Sheketa did a great job administering the mosquito defense service. She was very thoughtful spraying as my daughter was teaching ballet in the garage. Sheketa was immensely polite too.
