If your not satisfied they will fix the problem
I am very satisfied with all of your applications and the results, especially the backyard. The only thing is that I hate to throw the stakes you leave on the lawn to notify others of the applications. This seems to be a terrible waste to put in a land fill. I have accumulated many of them. If I knew exactly what day the application is going to be, I could return these plastic items instead of putting them in the garbage.
Your tech specialist Giovanny Mercado was absolutely wonderful, polite, and caring yesterday while servicing my lawn. He explained what he was putting down, and listened to my concerns. He is truly an outstanding employee ambassador that TruGreen has working at this branch.
Also, I want to bring some recognition to your customer service agent Brittany that we spoke to on April 18th. It was her listening to our concerns, great kindness, and attentiveness that kept us as customers for 2023, after a rough year in 2022.
