I had some issues with TruGreen over the last year. They were not apply enough treatment for my square footage and my lawn was really bad this spring because of it.
However, after I contacted them about this, they offered some discounts that were very generous and offered to call me after every treatment to make sure things are going ok.
They have been very responsive to my complaints.
If there is an issue someone comes out to take care of it soon.
