Service was complete and thorough. I observed technician as he began and completed his job with little or no interference from outside obstacles. I think his name was Nelson Palmerin.

I had TruGreen for one summer when we moved to Lake County and felt the service was incomplete and overpriced so I stopped it for a year but came back. This time I made sure someone came out to discuss my needs and desires. Their REP came out and we all understood each other. When an attendant comes out now he makes sure he checks with me and my lawn looks much brighter and healthier. Thank you, TruGreen for responding to my needsl.
