It works my grass is nice and green but I do have one concern with my neighbors grass seems to be seeping towards into my side the yellow flowers the dandelions the daisies need to work on those.

Our grass is very thick and friends always compliment us on our nice yard. One important issue that is not resolved, have been trying for last 3 yrs is to get the courtesy call regarding next application. On 4/9/18 spoke with rep Jasmine, after many previous tries I found out from her that we were on Do Not Call list for this service, not sure how that happened. And we do not know why a rep could not tell me this in 2016 and 2017 when I called about not getting call day before treatment date when our neighbor always got one.
So, for May 10 treatment we did not get a call that your service tech was coming.
Would someone PLEASE fix this problem? Last yr your tech showed up 2x while we were mowing and another time we were picking up branches after a storm.

After years of applying products myself and ruining my lawn, I went with TruGreen because my neighbor's lawn was so gorgeous. I'm so happy I did. Last summer, every time I looked in the back yard, I'd say to myself "I cannot believe that grass is in MY yard!" Seriously.

So far, everything is going good. Last year there was some issues, but after they were corrected, this year looks good.

TruGreen is very good about removing and keeping out weeds and dandelions from the time applications start in the Spring to the latter part of the Fall season. They always call in advance to say they are coming out to perform an application and are flexible with you if you respond back to them if you don't want the application at that time. They are flexible about rescheduling. Overall we like TruGreen and the quality of work and consistency they provide.
