I like the fact thst you will come back if I am not satisfied, especially with the weed trestment.
First, your products/services are highly effective, and help keep our lawn healthy and great looking. Secondly, it is a pleasure when communicating with TruGreen. The Specialists who care for our lawn are informative and friendly. Third, we appreciate the way you conduct business. We are notified in advance of treatments, and then receive a thorough record of what was done on every visit. We also receive occasional recommendations for additional treatments when the need arises. All employees are friendly and very helpful. Lastly, there is never an issue or concern with the quality and and delivery of your service. We can't always say that about other (non lawn-care) vendors who do not reach reasonable expectations.

The technicians are top notch. They are always courteous and go above and beyond. Yesterday, he brought our newspaper up to the front door when he was dropping off the invoice. A little something that goes a long way.
TruGreen is the best of the best. Have been a customer for over 15 years or more. Wouldn't think of changing.
The services work and the people are very friendly and informative.
The results. Aside for some bare areas in my front lawn(tree branches need removal) everything is looking the best it has in a long time. Workers are always considerate and pleasant while they are doing their work. Basically, I am a happy customer and don't have
to chase you folks down. We have not had any program problems.
