I am very glad that John Venen services our account. He is very thorough and leaves good notes regarding the work he performs. When he was here a few days ago, I was home so I went out and asked him several questions about our our trees and bushes. John was very patient as I asked my questions (which sometimes led to more questions) and he gave his answers in ways that I understood. He happily walked with me through the yard as I pointed to particular trees or bushes and asked specific questions about them.
