It took three times to get TruGreen to come out and perform the aeration service this year. Perhaps it's because you need more help to provide this service in the fall. A part of the lawn on the side of the house was not aerated. I don't expect TruGreen to come back out but I sure would like partial refund or a credit to be applied to next year's services. I've been with you for many years and never had problems in the past of getting he aeration done in a timely fashion.

could be better. Think you could save some money & pass some of it
back to your customers. You make 3 separate trips out to my neighborhood to service

You got rid of my creeping Charlie and my lawn looks beautiful it looks lush and green like walking on carpet
I requested dry granule fertilizer at the beginning of the year. Twice the technicians used liquid instead of the requested dry granule. The second time I stopped the technician and he apologized and PROMISED they would come back in 7-10 days with dry granule fertilizer as stated on the work order. THEY NEVER CAME BACK in 7-10 days, but rather waited until the next scheduled application.
Do excellent work. Answer any concerns I may have.
