The techs are very willing to discuss any lawn issues--no time pressure. They come out on a regular basis--approximately every 6 weeks. That may seem like a no-brainer, but, when we first moved to this area, we had a different lawn service, based out of a town about 30 miles away. They didn't do much business in this area, so they only came one day a week. If there was rain on that day, they didn't come again until the following week. If there was rain on "our" day for a number of weeks in a row, they wouldn't come. It threw the treatment schedule out of whack.

The specialist, Jeffrey Jackson was very professional & respectful. He parked in our lower level parking area, making sure that he left room for us to enter/exit our garage, unlike our previous specialist who parked at the top of our driveway with no room for our car to get by unless we drove on the grass. He also did the application at a normal speed, unlike the previous specialist who did the application at top speed. He put more than one warning sign around our yard that an application had been done and he left a detailed polite summary with suggestions. We hope Jeffrey will be our "regular" TruGreen specialist. Thank you!!!
