I have been struggling to get good quality service for weed control. Bruce came last Saturday, and by Tuesday we could already see weeds starting to curl up and die. While we are pleased with this level of weed control so fast, we are questioning why it took several phone calls for us to get someone out here to service this issue. Bruce did a great job of listening to our concerns and addressing them in a businesslike and timely manner.

Frirst of all...your services make a difference. The years I don't bother paying for treatments, the lawn quality diminishes quickly.
Secondly, your agents are very knowledgeable and cordial. And, if I'm not home when they do their treatment, I appreciate the detailed notes left at the door on what had been done.
And finally, even though the cost is what it is, it just seems worth it to take care of things. Mowing is so much more fun when the lawn looks as nice as it does WITH the treatments.

The fact that you notify before coming out. I did point out a problem area and was told someone would come back and address the problem
The lawn looks lush and green, but the guys did not show up last time, yet I was told they did. Fortunately, Pete stopped by a few days later on the way to another house. I was told a ticket would be placed on my doorknob after each treatment, and that is what I want!

Getting the work done without having to directly have to out and do it myself. So far though I don't think the service has improved the look of the lawn as I had hoped.
