I like the organic fertilizer TruNatural (10-0-5). However, for some reason, it's not always available for the scheduled application. So, the application has to be rescheduled to a time when it is available. The first application this year was no exception. Finally had to settle for a different fertilizer. I wrote to local Trugreen office concerning this matter.
I have used TruGreen for about 8-9 years and you have always held up to my expectations and the Specialist Jacob Millwood is very willing to do what it takes to keep the customer happy, he always is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The technicians have always been very courteous, helpful, and eager to please. They have given helpful advice. Our lawn was mostly weeds when we started, and is now much better. We're still working on getting more good grass to grow so the crappy grass can be reduced.
