Much easier to have professionals provide the lawn service and lawn is improving each year!! Would have received 10 stars if the creeping charlie was eliminated from my yard, but I know that is a difficult weed to control.

The technician that treated our lawn yesterday(11/21/22) at 5371 36th Avenue Court in Moline, IL is a very conscientious employee and a credit to your team. He went the extra mile to call and leave a voice mail concerning the bare ground on our property. He was afraid that if grass seed wasn't planted until spring that the crab grass treatment applied in the spring couldn't be applied to that area. He also wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I called him back today to let him know that the city will be laying sod over the bare ground. I got his voice mail but he returned my call promptly. I was very impressed by his dedication and friendly attitude. I didn't catch his name but I wanted to share my positive experience with you.

I don't have to be home for it to be done I'm alerted by text when he's coming and after he's left.

I like the app and text telling me when they will arrive and giving adequate time to take care of my dog. TruGreen has very nice employees that care about my yard and trees, as well as that they seem to really enjoy their job! Customer service is very pleasant. My yard looks very nice!

I liked the tech that came, but not to his fault, I wasn't notified they were coming to treat my yard, he missed the north side of my house all together. He didn't even noticed I had aerated, but he is far better than some of those younger techs. I would appreciate an email, text or some kind of notice before they show up to treat my yard, thanks

Friendly attentive service personal! Always can visit and ask questions. E-mail alerts and phone calls prior to service are nice to get for planning to be home at time of service. When we had problem areas it was addressed with aeration, so in spite of the cost we can already see some improvement this Fall and we hope for more improvement on bare spots in the Spring. It's nice to feel we can have RETURN visits if something is not satisfactory.

Our lawn looks much thicker, greener and weed free. I like that I can call if I notice weeds after applications and someone will come to reapply. I like that grub treatment has deterred moles.
I don’t like that the prices go up each year, and that sometimes I find I am receiving more service visits over the summer than I requested. I am able to call and request a schedule revision back to my original plan.
