The updates and notifications when service will happen. Also had a minor issue and my local TruGreen office is all over it to help us remedy. Very polite and fast service.
Fungus is gone and weeds have been kept to a minimum since using Tru green
Notification prior to service. However, a problem has yet to be resolved with a burned spot on the yard of approximately 3ft. x 3ft. It has been six weeks since I first notified tru-green of the problem. On this date, Aug.15th a manager called to visit my address on Tuesday the 16th.to try and resolve the problem.

Whenever I need you to come out and take care of weeds between services you do! You let me know when you're coming and you do, weather permitting. Everyone on the phone is polite and helpful.
Being called to let know when the service is coming, being able to call and get questions answered by alive person, Last service call the operator say me come outside and he pulled up and came over to explain what he was doing and told me the lawn is doing good. He did this on his own I did not call him over to talk to me. Very gentlemanly in his ways. I very much appreciated his speaking with me.

I have been using Tru-Green on my personally owned properties for many years, always satisfied.
Now, we use Tru-Green at our condo complex of 100 units. Last year was the first year, and I will admit that I wasn't happy with the results that we was seeing , but after a conversation with our Rep. LaToya in Merrillville, IN, things turned around.
This year our lawns have never looked better! We even received compliments from residents on how good the grass looks!

We had a bad year as far as our lawns were concerned last year. Early on Dave Monix and Latoya worked diligently to come out diagnose our problem and come up with a plan to bring the lawns here back to where they once were. it
