First and most is the technician they provide to do the service and if he likes his job and takes pride in what he does. my example was I should have removed. lawn chairs or any obstacles (My dogs frisbee's) were in the way, he actually stops what he was doing removed the obstacles so they would not interfere with his application. this is what my technician did. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank-you Dennis Ditterline 136132. I hope I have him for the rest of my services.
