The communication and notification s are great. The treatment to the lawn was better last year compared to 2023. The grass and weeds respectively don’t look as good. The summary of visits and recommendations are very helpful and informative.

Once again Paul Monroe did a great job on my mosquito app. Also, Doug Brumfield redid my fall aeration and also did a wonderful job, I can see the plugs and now I can seed with confidence it was aerated properly. Those 2 techs are a great asset to this company!

It’s saves me the trouble of having to do these chores myself. I’m a senior citizen with health issues. I can no longer do the necessary tasks that TruGreen can do for me in my gardens. I depend on TruGreen now to help keep my gardens and lawn healthy and attractive. They consistently do a good job 👍🏻.

William explained the work he will be performing for this visit and asked me if I had any questions or concerns that he needed to pay close attentions to. We walked the yard together and I had pointed out few area that had weeds that needed to be treated. He assured me that he will take care of those areas. After he was complete with his work, he followed up with me before leaving to make sure I was satisfied with his work which I was. Really appreciated William's work at my property.

Being informed on the schedule and when to expect service. I know when they are here and can ask questions if needed. I can also change the schedule before hand if there is other work being done around the house. If they can't make it, they keep you updated that the schedule has changed. They do a great job on the application and coverage. Always letting you know what was done and what is expected to improve your lawn.

I am a new customer with TruGreen this year. My old lawn service was a private small company I retained for 30 years. They retired, and I had to find a replacement. I evaluated many companies and decided to give TruGreen a try for this year. I prepaid for 8 services. To date, 5 services have been completed. All 5 services except one have been completed by Ryan Shimp. So far, I am very pleased with the products, results, and the attention to detail exhibited by Ryan.
