Service is provided as stated in the contract. No complaints. I get a phone call the day before, letting me know when the treatment will be applied so I can have any items off the lawn or if I need to have it re-scheduled for a particular reason. I appreciate that.

Appointments are scheduled in advance and with telephone reminder. Service Representatives are courteous and respectful. Service summary is left on the door describing what was done on each visit and what products were used. Problems are addressed promptly and free reapplications provided as needed. Home office responds to questions and issues. Prices are not the lowest but are reasonable.

I’ve had the service for a while now I am a disable senior citizen and I can’t go out and do any yard work so I have to depend on people to do certain things for me sometimes they would miss a month or two but I will call and they let me know that they will take care of me so yes I am pride of the service and will continue to keep it.

I like that you notify me that you are coming. However, I wish you could include instructions to apply treatment to the grassy area that runs along the sidewalk on the other side of the fence that runs down to North Drive. I was at home, but didn't know that Isiaih was here. I usually go out and ask that that area be treated.
I did not and Isaiah did not treat that area this time. Since it is just fetilizer it's not a big deal.

Very easy to get along with and technicians use professional language if I needed to speak to them regarding an issue with my lawn care. I haven't ever had a disagreement with the quality of service technicians have provided at my home. I will continue to use your services next year. I like signing my service contracts far in advance and paying for services before my service is due to be performed during the next summer of 2024. Thank you for the excellent quality services you provided for both my lawn, and shrubs throughout the summer, and, they both maintained healthy looks...!
