I was very happy to see Dylan Ross back again. He explained that my location lies between Syracuse and Binghamton so that agents from either area can be assigned to come to my home.
Anyway, if I am home, I note that Dylan always explains what the treatment will be why it is needed. He answers my questions readily, revealing a wealth of information derived from several years of experience in the field.

He understood that I wasconcerned about a granular application of crabgrass preventor 9the hose on the truck was broken, so he could not spray) and took care to blow the granules off my sidewalk and driveway.
