Hello-
We just had our first treatment on our lawn. Our summary states that our gate to our fence was closed after the service. We came home and let our dog out. Our dog did not return to our back door. We called several times. We walked outside and noticed that the gate was actually left open and our dog had gotten out. We do not use the gate at all. It is only used for lawn care and my parents. My parents were not at our house. My parents live next door to us and happened to glance out and saw her running up the street. They were able to get her back. Our gate is NEVER touched. It is actually very difficult to open/close. Please make sure that it is closed when you enter our property and leave our property. This has never been an issue with the prior lawn care company.
Technician, Michael Sweeting, provided my first lawn application of the season. He noticed that the lawn has snow mold and provided guidance to remove.

I like being given advance notice that the technician is coming. I like reading what he says about the lawn after he finishes the treatment.

I was very happy to see Dylan Ross back again. He explained that my location lies between Syracuse and Binghamton so that agents from either area can be assigned to come to my home.
Anyway, if I am home, I note that Dylan always explains what the treatment will be why it is needed. He answers my questions readily, revealing a wealth of information derived from several years of experience in the field.
