I used TruGreen for many years. I cancelled my service when my lawn was a mess and I wasn't getting great service.
This time around the service has been excellent!

I’m notified in advance when a treatment will be scheduled.
If you have a concern, a tech will check you problem and make a recommendation or
a possible solution.

TruGreen notifies me prior to their arrival several days in advance which is very helpful. I always look forward to reading what the Tech. has to say about what was accomplished during their visit to apply a treatment. They usually tell me what they did and provide me their opinion of what my lawn condition is.. Right now....not too bad. Looks pretty good and I wish to have it continue to look good...some brown spots but we recently had rain which may improve that,,,Let's hope so...

This is my first time dealing with you. I have been getting word through your mailing process for years. I also have a guy who cuts my grass and he talked real good about you guys. You also have been doing his parents property for a long time. He tells me it is beautiful, full of green grass and nice. So, I am looking forward for a real nice full green grass one day. I am anxious but trying to keep patience :) Really love to see these "Grubs" get gone so I won't have empty spots anymore. All green grass!! Thank you

I like that Tru-Green keeps up on the timing for the treatments that I have on going. I like getting a call prior to the treatment with the details. I have been very impressed with the tech's who have done work on my property.
