I am very happy with the service I receive from TruGreen, and your staff. If I have a question, all I need to do is call, and the receptionist will be more than glad to assist me in any way she can. The men out in the field, are also very good, and do a wonderful job. If I had my choice, I would like to have John work on my lawn all the time. He is wonderful, not only at working with the lawn, but also to talk to, with problems/questions. One of the other men that came here for awhile, was tall, light hair, and was very conscientious, but was quite the talker - basically wanting to tell me what he was going to do that day, with servicing the lawn, etc.etc.. I spoke with John in the fall, and talked about aeration, and we decided to table it until spring, and then decide what we would do. They had put fertilizer on, and it hadn't worked with grass growing, because of cold weather that set in. So, I want to see how it looks after warm weather sets in, before I give the consent to proceed.

Since receiving my TruGreen service from Lamar office my yard is the nicest yard in the neighborhood. I always get call when they to service my yard and they about month apart not like when it came from Clarion sometime they didn't show up for 2 months. I am very pleased with my service now.

Our test is always very helpful and our lawn looks great.

The techs do a good job. Had some issues last summer with grubs and they treated the grass but the issue with reseeding got lost some where along the line. They promised to reseed in the spring at no cost to me.

asset to your company.

I am very happy with care that brian nestor had taken with my lawn service. He talks to me before the service to check out if there are any particular issues and then check in after the service before he leaves. That is very important to me! One time he ran out of the liquid before he got to me and had to use pellets. I don't like pellets, but I consider that a fluke, i hope. Eric strunk has kept his word and kept up with my reseeding issues until we can get them corrected. He did a partial reseeding on a bank area this fall and will check in with me in the spring. So far the weather has been excellent so i hope we see good results. Eric has been very responsive to this issue.
My big complaint is the terrible communications that trugreen has! Its national phone network is not the way to schedule my services. Why should somewhere thousands of miles away schedule my lawn services when they don't know the immediate conditions of our weather,etc. You should have a direct way to get to the office that does the service. And the national service can only promise to send an email or text which doesn't get answered. Eric should have access to someone to man his home office that can relay messages to him. I have mentioned this before and this needs to be addressed and trugreen will be better served and so will the customers. Eric understand my and other customer's complaints about this. I think Eric and his office would also like a better communications set up. I appreciate the way Eric and brian take care of my lawn. Any questions, please call me
