I am writing to complement/thank Keith Hughes who recently treated our yard on 4/25/23. When Mr. Hughes arrived at our property on William Penn Ave in DuBois, my wife was in the process of cutting the grass. We knew there was a treatment scheduled for that day but was trying to get the grass cut before it rained. Mr. Hughes kindly suggested he would go treat another clients yard and then come back to ours. My wife was able to get our grass cut that day. Thank you! Mr. Hughes went above and beyond this day and both my wife and myself were impressed. Receiving customer service like this now days is hard to come by. Our experience with Trugreen in the past has been "neutral" but today it was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Mr. Keith Hughes.

Todays service was very good. At the end of last year, we were ready to end our agreement with TruGreen for poor service. A month ago, Specialist Antonio Ruffner stopped by to question our decision. After that conversation we decided to give TruGreen another chance. He showed up today and provided excellent service. He came to our door to talk to us directly. so he could address our specific concerns. We will continue with our plan only if Antonio is our servicer. Thank you. Name removed
You contact the customer before you go. When they arrive very polite go about their work. They leave paper with info how your yard is doing. Much appreciated.

I like that your employee rings the doorbell. Then If I need to tell him anything, I can do so.
My tree in the back was sprayed by a man from Trugreen. It had more blossoms on this year.
He also knew how to treat my two maple trees in the front yard last year and this year.
