We have lawn care and tree and shrub care. Until this year everything was fantastic. Our lawn is not looking as good this year. There were long gaps in service and the lawn has suffered for it. The trees and shrubs seem to be holding their own. Overall we are satisfied with TruGreen and for now will continue to use the service.
