The Techs at True Green usually do a great job. The only suggestion I have is scheduling. My street is a 30 house cut-d-sac. In the past week a True Green truck has been on the street at least 5 times. Why not schedule all the true green customers on the street to have a treatment on the same day, savings tech time, fuel, wear and tear on vehicles?

I am very pleased with the quick response I receive from Laura Fosmire and her team. I have had a few issues in the past which were rectified quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with the service my lawn receives. I would think my lawn is an advertisement for TruGreen. You place your flags after each application. If my neighbors see a beautiful lawn, they are more likely to join.

I'm always very nervous about any treatments inside license near my pool. When the technician arrived and knocked on my door, he said that he had read the notes on my account and they were due everywhere behind the fence around the fence but not inside. That was really amazing. Did you guys remember that from last year thank you customer service.

I was very satisfied with the couple that put on weed control and fertilizer. My front yard definitely shows dead weeds. Now I have to clean them out of my lawn. My lawn does have a lot of bare spots that need grass. I hope that it looks better after I start the sprinkler system. I might have to put down more seed.

TruGreen - you do a great job on the lawn. You brought my lawn back to life when it was dead, dead, dead last summer.
I've said it before, it would be much more convenient if I knew when you were coming. This first treatment was on a Friday after I left for work. When I came home I was planning give the lawn its first cut of the season, but instead I saw the signs up. With rain forecasted for all day on Sunday, it put me in a pinch as to when I could cut it on Saturday versus the plans that my family already had. Please work on a way to communicate when you plan to make your applications.
