Communication before and after treatments is good. Attention is paid by technicians to details such as blowing fertilizer off of the driveway and street after application. I like the quality of the fertilizer used ... it’s more than just a quick hit of Nitrogen.

We get a call before the expected service. It's too early to comment on results since TruGreen just took over my lawn service from LawnDawg. But my neighbors have had TruGreen and their lawns look fine, so I expect the same with mine.

We just had one service. I had some questions and not sure how to contact person servicing our property.
1) Wanted them to know that this is a rental property and tenants are rarely home. if service person has any questions for us (owner), they need to call us at Phone number removed.
2) Also, tenants have a cat they let outdoors. What should I tell them? They are keeping her inside for now.
3) Wondered if they checked out the back lawn of our rental property to see if it was even worth treating?? We did ask John Lucus (Rep.) to have it checked out.....just have not heard anything on it yet.

I like a beautiful green lawn and trugreen supplies that. I don't worry which fertilizer to apply, Tru Green takes care of it.With TruGreens annual contract I know my lawn will be healthy and green.
I had a problem late last year and the day after I reported it to True Green , a specialist arrived and repaired the problem.
Keeps our lawn healthy. Any quetions are readily answered.
The first application was done in April, not May.
so far, dependable and quality of work is fine.
TruGreen took over for Lawn Dawg last summer of 2017 “on the fly” if you will. Never missed a beat, pricing remained in effect, and remaining applications occurred as schedule.
So far so good this year with first application in the books.

First time in all the years I’ve had Trugreen that I got such a knowlegible specialist!!! William Casler-69612, spent time with me discussing issues I was having with my landscaping and the best way to resolve! He mentioned that he typically doesn’t do my area which is disappointing!! I give Trugreen a 10 for finding him!! In the past I’ve had so many issues with the people you sent forcing me to cancel my service 2 times. Having specialist’s like William will ensure my business for years to come!
