I do not feel that today's service was a complete one. The aerator seemed to stop working after only a small amount of lawn aerated. Not sure we are getting full service for the funds we paid out. Any chance of a re-aeration?

The information specialist M. Lewis provided me regarding the lawn application was greatly appreciated. It provided for me a good understanding of the purpose of the treatment. I also enjoyed my interaction with Mr. Lewis.

I like the appropriate timing of the various applications. It was always hard to apply the right thing at the right time when I did it. Jason showed up to my house today and was very nice and courteous. TruGreen is lucky to have a fine young man working for them. He was half the sale. Trugreen has kept my lawn looking great for years - hopefully they will help my shrubs now.
