I only want mr shipp taking carevof my lawn . the first time he did a great job! I asked tru green to do a follow 2 weeks later to try and kill my creeping charlie and the other spevialist re applied fertiler instead of weed kiler and burned my lawn . terrance is the best and this was conformed by others as well who have trugreen

Very good communication and customer service. I like the automated notifications for service calls. I recently wanted to reschedule an application so that I would have time to clear all the leaves off the lawn. Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do.
The crews that have serviced my property are extremely efficient and punctual. I appreciate their communicating arrival while en route as it gives me the opportunity to get my dog inside before they come.

The only reason why I am not giving 10 is that there were some applications under rainy weather. That concerned me that the chemicals/fertilizers might have been washed out by rain without impacting the lawn. It will be good if you check the weather before application or you come back later for the application if there is rain at the scheduled date.
