I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICES FOR ABOUT 3-4 YEARS AND ON A 1-10 SCALE I WILL GIVE THEM A 9. I HAVE FOUND THAT SOME TECHS HAVE TO BE WATCHES IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. A FEW TIMES I HAVE HAD TO TELL THEM THAT THE AREA BACK BY MY POOL IS MY PROPERTY OR COULD YOU PLEASE DO UNDER MY PICNIC TABLE SO COULD YOU PLEASE SERVICE THAT AREA. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS WHEN WEED KILLER NEEDS TO BE APPLIED. THEY HAVE NO SET PLAN, PATTERN OR SYSTEM SO ALL AREAS ARE HIT. IT IS EVIDENT BY THE WEEDS THEY MISS AND THE TIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL BACK TO ASK THAT THEY COME BACK AGAIN BECAUSE I STILL HAVE WEEDS. JUST TRY TO BE HOME WHEN A SERVICE IS SCHEDULED AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

Customer service is mostly good. I have, however, expected better results. Let's see what aeration and seeding do. Regrettably, I have many, many weeds that are persistent.
I like the telephone message service alerts and the text messages letting me know that the service tech is on the way along with a time frame for arrival.

I’ve had a problem with a fungus in my lawn for years. Within two years your service has cured the fungus and is improving every year.
My request was for aeration which was done. I did not request overseeding and it was done. It seems to happen everytime. This last time I happened to be away from home. In the past I was always home and stopped them as they were about or just started the overseeding process

Your technicians come in do the job and leave. They usually come as scheduled and if there is a scheduling problem they notify us.
My only problem is that on the last visit to my home the technician usually leaves an envelop with a receipt of the work performed. On this particular visit he left the envelop but it was empty. I called the customer service number and they said they would e-mail me a copy. When I did not receive anything for 3 days I called back and spoke to someone else who kept me on the line for 15-20 minutes and could not figure out how to send me a copy. She said she would find out how to do it and send it to me the next day. Two days have passed and I have not received anything.
