Received a phone message from Charity,on 5/11/21, to confirm the future fees on the Mosquito defense program = said will be charged $39.95 (1st app) and $74.95 ea for the next 3 apps and last app $42.47.
Just received my statement and it states the 3 apps will be charged at $84.95 each. A $30.00 increase?

TREE and SHRUB TREATMENT: Thomas (Skip) Keim Branch # 5721
Mr. Keim does an outstanding, fabulous job. I trust him implicitly.
He has cured my holly bushes of aphids a couple of times. He noted a tree at the back of my yard that had died. I hadn't noticed as it was in a group of 3 trees. He recommended I may want to have that tree cut down before winter because with the winter winds, it could blow down and do damage to neighbors' fences. I had the tree cut down.
Mr. Keim provides personalized care. He knows the lawn. He looks for signs of infestation and treats it when found. He noted a dead tree. Good find and I'm so glad he told me. He has taken care of my trees and shrubs for many, many years. He is the person I want taking care of my property. No one else. He also takes care of my parents' property in Palmer Twsp. They also love him.
He is professional, he knows his trees and shrubs for sure, he is kind and polite. He is someone you should be very proud to have on your team. Mr. Keim is a great asset to you.
Because of his expertise, I have not left your company for Joshua Tree. But you have several things to fix. Mr. Keim deserves recognize for a job always well done.
Call at LEAST the DAY BEFORE A TREATMENT so if the client doesn't want the treatment on the scheduled day, they have time to cancel it.
