Isaac Garcia listened to my concerns and tried to rectify the problem. He sprayed the weeds that were growing in my yard and sprayed for grubs. The question I have is that on the service summary it states that fertilizer was also applied. Was the fertilizer sprayed with the grub control? Please let me know if this is the case.

These days it seems that many companies are looking for evaluations from their clients. Our last lawn application was a week ago. It has been in good shape till know. A better evaluation will occur as the hot weather arrives. It also seems that red thread is begining to show.
You do perform the work that your contract states and do that work in a timely fashion.
The results are obvious. The only issue I have is a simple one but it bothers me that there are multiple areas that receive your cards stuck on a plastic stake stuck in the ground. In the end we need to dispose of those announcements and many times it takes me quite a while to find all of them. May I request that only one be placed on the property--at the main building on the property or at the front entrance. Thank you

Steven was great! Talked to us & explained the treatments to us. We were surprised at how well our lawn looked after the first treatment was done! He just did the 2nd treatment yesterday.Can't wait to see how that one improves the lawn from grubs.
